About
In a very significant way, I am who I am today because of the support, mentoring and guidance of some extraordinary people, to whom I am forever grateful. Their kindness, acceptance and willingness to invest is to their eternal credit and Lord only knows where I would be without them.
Coaching, wether in life, ministry or business, is, in my and many others opinion, a crucial part of your inventory. Its not for everyone or every situation but it is right for many and could well be right for you.
I want to help you move forward, and with 35 years ( and counting! ) experience in working with individuals, churches and organisations in a wide, varied and interesting set of situations, I think I can.
Church planting, setting up and directing charities, working with UK based and international organisations, designing, growing and managing multiple projects and ministries in various domestic and International settings, managing and developing many teams across numerous countries. Setting up businesses, social enterprise and social action initiatives. As well as spending many years as a full time song writer and touring musician with award winning albums, 68 published songs and over 2,500 gigs across 27 countries! Yes…. I’ve been there and bought the T-shirt (and sold the T-shirt…… many, many T-shirts! )
Now in my 50’s, I spend my time focused on using that experience to coach and help others move forward, fulfil their potential and find great balance and joy in all they are doing.
Helping churches and organisations with strategy, Innovation, culture, transition etc. To bring support, focus, encouragement and insight to every individual, leader, and context I find myself having the great privilege of being involved with.
I will help you to see, celebrate and develop the good, change the not so good and better equip you to continue to lead healthy, prosperous, transformational communities, relevant for the now and prepared for the not yet.
I’ve worked hard also, at developing a pricing structure that is affordable to everyone who would be interested in having me work with them. I do hope this has been helpful and I’m excited to speak to you soon.
